The Vision
The active Brothers of Chi DKE have a bold plan to transform our chapter house backyard into a vibrant space that will:

Boost recruitment by attracting top-tier classes of 50+ Brothers annually.

Enhance brotherhood with a fun, inviting spot to connect and enjoy Mississippi’s beautiful weather.
What's Planned
Pave the entire backyard for more usable space year-round.
Add perimeter benches for relaxed hangouts.
Install a 12’ x 20’ storage shed to free up indoor space.
Build a patio cover for shade and all-weather use.
Upgrade the chapter room with two couch platforms for more seating.
If we raise over our goal, funds will be saved for future Chi renovations / special improvement projects.
Why It Matters
These brother-prioritized upgrades will make the Chi house a standout for recruits and a true home for our 100+ Brothers. The current backyard isn’t keeping up with our growth—let’s change that!
With celebrating our 175th anniversary as a DKE chapter this April, now is the perfect time to make these upgrades.
